About Heather Daum

Bringing fourteen years of well-rounded experience to The Agency La Jolla offices, Heather serves San Diego and its surrounding neighborhoods.

 

Heather launched her real estate career in 2009 at a progressive company specializing in investment properties. From acquisitions to construction and listings to closings, Heather did it all. After years of working on the investment side, she became a solo agent and has since helped hundreds of families achieve their real estate goals. Her next career chapter brought her to San Diego, where she has continued to wow her clients with her knowledge, transparency, and thoughtfulness. Utilizing the latest technology and marketing tools and bolstered by her vast network of colleagues, Heather delivers results.

 

Her expertise in working closely with investors acquiring and renovating properties has given her an eye for design and architecture—she helps her clients see the potential in a property. A lifetime of equestrian experience has also given her an in-depth understanding of the intricacies associated with unique farm and equestrian properties. When asked about her background and what drew her to be an agent, Heather states, “Everything I have done for work has aided my career as an agent: serving people, hearing both sides, thinking outside the box, and showcasing products. I love hearing about everyone’s story and believe listening to be an integral part of my role as an agent.”

 

Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Heather always loved being active outdoors and bringing home any animal she encountered. She finds her work/life balance by visiting local markets and coffee shops and spending time at the beach and outdoors with her dogs, Charlie and Marty, and a horse, Apache. A passion for travel and experiencing new cultures has brought Heather to 26 countries and counting.
